Are you looking to get rejuvenated? Lucky for you, the 2019 AT ONE International Festival is right around the corner. Head on over to Suzhou’s SANGHA Retreat by OCTAVE Institute on November 15-17 to partake in three days of spiritual learning workshops, master classes, markets and more.

Last year's inaugural event featured 90 learning workshops and master classes and attracted 3,000 people, but this year's festival promises to be bigger and better than ever with over 150 learning workshops and master classes taught by over 60 professional practitioners from all over the world.

The festival is comprised of six parts: conference, performances, exhibitions, learning, market and food. Expect classes in Ayurveda, TCM, Esalen Massage, sound healing, the Wim Hof Method, energy healing, family therapy, yoga, Kirtan and so much more.

Here's a look at what's in store for the “learning” section of the event...

1. Body & Movement

Expand your consciousness and get moving through body movement classes. Workshops include the Wim Hof Method, Muay Thai, American Esalen Massage, Yoga, Body Language Dialogues and much more. For the who don't know, the Wim Hof Method consists of three pillars: breath training, cold training and consciousness training.

2. Mind & Energy

The AT ONE International Festival offers workshops in Aroma Yoga, Sound Healing, Color Therapy, Mindful Stress Reduction, Active Consciousness Meditation and more. There will also be a variety of courses in the areas of spiritual exploration to help you dive deeper into the exploration of your soul.

3. Art & Music

Art and music are important components of self-care. The festival hosts a series of workshops such as hand pan and world music, heart chanting and music, rhythmic meditation and art therapy sessions.

4. Optimal Health

To be truly healthy, one must take care of the body and the soul. The AT ONE International Festival offers lectures and workshops on Understanding Your Life from an Ayurvedic Yoga Perspective, Chakra Health Care and Physique Health Care, to name a few.

5. Mindful Relationships

In addition to self-care workshops there will be just as many lectures and workshops that focus on educating attendees about family health and relationships. Lectures and workshops include Mindful Parenting, Family Conflict Resolution and Spiritual Mentorship for Children.

6. Quantum Leadership

A range of lectures focusing on a new leadership model that integrates Eastern wisdom with quantum science will also be offered. Lectures include What Is Wisdom, How to Improve Emotional Intelligence and Nine-Type Personality.

In addition to getting in touch with your mind, body and spirit, you'll be able to sample plenty of healthy eats, watch a variety of performances, shop at the craft market and farmers' market and check out unique exhibitions throughout the three-day festival.
