Heads up for attendees of this weekend's Suzhou Showdown: the venue has now changed.
Blacktie Boxing, the organizer of the event, explained the reason for the last minute switch in a WeChat post:
"Due to last minute changes in the extreme strict stance of the Public Security Bureau, the event will not be hosted at Jinji Lake City Plaza, in front of water music fountain."
Nevertheless, the event will still take place at a different venue: the south square of Nison City Mall along the promenade, right in front of Explore Bar (formerly known as Muddy Waters).

Concerning tickets, Blacktie Boxing announced the following:
"Since there are only 250 available seating arrangements for this new venue, we are sorry to inform you that [for] all customers in possession of tickets that were not among first 250... full refunds will be arranged."
The new universal ticket price now stands at RMB880, which will include food, free flow drinks and discounts for the afterparty at Hemingway Lounge & Terrace.
