The second annual Hulunbuir Food Festival takes place at the Jinji Lake Grand Hotel. Lasting until December 29, the festival will bring the finest delicacies and singing and dancing shows from the Inner Mongolian prairie to Suzhou.
Taste truly authentic grassland cuisine at the festival, where a team of famous chefs from Hulunbuir Hotels will cook all the dishes with fresh food materials and local seasonings from the prairie.
The menu will include a variety of courses and drinks such as roasted gigot chops, handheld lamb, toffee milk tofu, jinsha creme, buryat steamed stuffed bun, Mongolian milk tea, kumiss and more.
Aside from genuine grassland cuisine, the food festival will present exciting Mongolian shows such as a traditional dance, toast song and horse-head fiddle. Customers will be able to witness the ribbon-cutting ceremony for whole roast lamb and receive Hada (a traditional ceremonial scarf) that carries blessings from Mongolian beauties.
