Chinese Executive Chef of Man Ho Mr. Wayne Wang has introduced a dynamic concept of Chef Wang’s Table, which features an inspiring combination of selected ingredients, cooking methods and seasonings, to create a joyful experience for guests at Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan.
Chef Wang was driven by The Mind Menu of Marriott Hotel Brand, and decided to build Chef Wang’s Table to offer appetizing food for urban foodies. Two set menus ingeniously designed by Chef Wang and his culinary team include Irresistible Delights by Chef Wang for one person and Craving for Authentic for two persons. These two menus cover not only the popular dishes of Man Ho, but also the recommended delicacies carefully selected by the chef. In addition, the meals all balanced with meat, vegetable, soup and rice for diners with a palatable and healthy foods from appetizers to refreshing desserts.
The considerate concept of Chef Wang’s Table not only dispel the worries about price and choice for diners, but also reasonably integrate the ample meals into the set menu for one person. It means that the chef team tries the best to satisfy the diners from the guest point of view. There are three delicacies in each of the two set menus that are highly recommended. In Irresistible Delights by Chef Wang for one person, the savory assorted platter consists of Goose Liver Flavor with Hawthorn, Bean Curd Dumpling Stuffed with Black Truffle and Caviar and Honey Glazed Barbecued Liberian Pork; The delicate Braised Yellow Croaker with Rice Flavoured with Truffle is boiled with handmade sauce to enhance flavor; Slow Cooked Beef with Thyme uses the cooking ways of braised pork, which is integrated into western culinary skills to make it special and tasty. The three classic delicacies of Craving for Authentic for two persons include aromatic Double Boiled Fish Maw Soup with Bamboo Funguses in Whole Coconut, which stewed with coconut water and chicken soup; Elegant and deep-cooked Braised Sea Cucumber with Yam and Leek; And Steamed Fourfinger Threadfin Fish with Preserved Turnips, which made with Chaozhou preserved vegetables.
Epicure’s Choice Set Menu by Man Ho is available daily at Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan from now to June 30 2021 from 11.30am to 2.30pm for lunch and 5.30-10pm for dinner. Irresistible Delights by Chef Wang for one person is priced at RMB298 per set, and Craving for Authentic for two persons is priced at RMB698 per set.
