The Mix Match Life Experience Center on the 48th floor of CCD headquarters in the Greater Bay Area fuses a playful spirit of exploration with technological elements to showcase creativity.

The office space turns traditional workspaces on its head. The floor has a workspace, coffee bar, open kitchen, book bar, single sound-proofed cabin, lecture theater, floating conference room, salon and more. Besides its function as a showroom of world-class products, as well as a display area for products, CCD will build an online and offline technology platform where people can not only work, but also host events like art and movie parties, academic seminars, coffee tastings, or business and leisure activities. Communication naturally happens here, thereby creating infinite possibilities between oneself and others.

A classic Chinese garden is a diverse art complex, which integrates literature, painting, calligraphy, engraving, bonsai, drama into one space. The garden presents an ideal venue for cultural activities like reciting poetry, playing instruments, singing and drinking. The project inherits the charm of classic Chinese gardens and interprets traditional features in a new way. In other words, the project can be regarded as a modern art complex.

The hall gleams when the elevator door opens. It’s flanked by environmentally-friendly bamboo walls, which help to create a tranquil and elegant ambience, giving the space a timeless appeal.

By thinking out of the box, CCD adopted a mix-and-match design approach to create an elegant and relaxing environment in the coffee area. With the green plants, views of the CBD, sunshine, industrial-style elements, as well as statement paintings, the coffee bar looks like a small-scale art gallery.

People in the coffee bar area can enjoy an environment with a strong sense of design, intimate and thoughtful services, gentle jazz music and delicious food. This ambience enables people to have immersive experiences here.

The book bar, decorated with different pieces of furniture, is undoubtedly a pleasant venue whether for private time or social gatherings. The mix of the modern style and aroma of coffee makes people appreciate the charm of the Greater Bay Area.
The bar is filled with collections of items from around the world, ranging from large sofas and chairs to small books. Each item, no matter large or small, has its own story, the perfect conversation pieces.

The artistic staircase serves as a ‘bridge’ between the spaces on 48th and 49th floors. The space around the staircase is used for the training salon of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts’ experimental teaching base. CCD occasionally hosts training salons, activities and lectures about art, life and aesthetics.

The wooden artwork Big Fish has become the centerpiece of this area because of its unconventional size. The fish’s powerfully body and bright and piercing eyes bring vitality into this otherwise academic corner. The artwork also indicates CCD’s new sub-brand, Fish Eye Design (FED).

The layout of office area displays appropriate density, variation, novelty, brightness and vigor.
The purposeful arrangement of various furniture pieces break conventional thinking. There are large executive desks, integrated desks and chairs, glass-wall conference rooms that resemble crystal boxes, and so on. Smart space division makes one area independent from but also connected with other areas. Everyone here can enjoy the abundance sunlight streaming through the windows.

Several conference rooms that resemble glass boxes are cleverly arranged in the office area. All transparent glass walls give the rooms the illusion of floating in the air.

The product showroom located at CCD’s 49th floor office has a reputation in the industry, and has been used as a shooting site of promotion videos many times, while the product museum on 48th floor aims to create a space for the newest top brand products of the world. Exhibits are displayed along the wall so that people can appreciate them as they walk through this long gallery. Every exhibit is a novel and creative product carefully selected by CCD, based on the newest technology and idea of sustainable development.

This space will never fail to surprise you. You can find one-of-a-kind lamps, diverse floor designs, high-end furniture and high attention to detail. CCD invites you to see the world from the perspective of a collector who has travelled extensively. For example, there is a thousand-year-old Buddha head from Thailand, hand-made carpets from Turkey, Chinese-style antique chairs and objects whose origin can’t be traced...
