With their new spring brunch and dinner menu, Auvers doesn’t skimp on portion size. Big hearty portions of matcha pancakes, housemade yogurt and pulled pork eggs benedict are on offer as always. As for what’s new on the menu? Fresh, pan-roasted salmon with crispy skin and succulent flakes, savory crab spaghetti, a revamped page of cocktails and mocktails, and more.
