Another music festival hits Shenzhen this March, with 4H Live putting on a great two-day party featuring a number of EDM and house music artists. Featuring American-Indian KSHMR, Dutch-Turkish artist Ummet Ozcan and a number of local artists, including Lizzy, Steve Rocks and more, this international affair should be wild.

Sat-Sun, Mar 2-3: Yang Heng Film Works Shenzhen Exhibition

Set over the course of two days, this special event in celebration of screenwriter and director Yang Heng's works will see the screening of four of his movies, each of which has been an entrant at various international film awards. Each of the stories follows the thread of youth, as characters battle with marital problems and crime in beautiful rural settings.

Sun, Mar 3: Jan & Naomi

Dream pop out of Tokyo, Jan & Naomi released their first full-length nine-track album, Fracture, in April of 2018. They’ve since gone on to capture a bunch of fans who are enamored by their gentle vocals, precarious made rhythms and beautiful lyrics.

Curator Li Xiaodong explores the relationship between the tremendous damage wrought by super typhoon Mangkhut, and our ability to overcome the destruction. With this photography project taking place at the scene of the disposal the countless trees that were torn up by the storm, the model, Huang Yaqi, roams the wreckage in search of shelter.
