It’s remarkable how many ways a simple ingredient can be used in the culinary world. To celebrate the ending of 2018 Macau Year of Gastronomy, Galaxy Macau has put together a tantalizing offer for visitors from around the world. Over 100 dishes prepared with five unique ingredients are available till February 3, with special dishes available for this limited time in Galaxy Macau’s various eateries.

The gastronomy extravaganza will showcase five specially selected ingredients: Xinhui mandarin peel, Vietnamese prawn, snowy mountain lamb, Australian rock lobster and free-range yellow-hair chicken. The aged mandarin peel is featured in mouthwatering dishes like roast duck with aged mandarin peel at Festiva and steamed abalone with aged mandarin peel at Fook Lam Moon. Delicately crafted specialty beverages are also featured until Chinese New Year, including the mandarin Macallan cocktail at the Macallan Whiskey Bar & Lounge.
