Four people are dead after a construction crane fell on a car yesterday in the city of Zhongshan, according to a report carried by Tencent News.

Among the dead are two men, one woman and a boy. Two others were injured in the accident, both of whom sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

The cause of the incident has not been reported and is currently under investigation by local authorities.

Crane collapses have become an all too common of occurrence in Guangdong as of late. Last month, at least 14 people were killed in incidents involving construction cranes: seven in Puning after a roadside construction crane collapsed onto a passing van and another seven after a July 23 construction accident in Guangzhou’s Haizhu District.
