Thursday night saw an overturned car block part of Shekou's Haichang Jie in Shenzhen sometime before 11pm, according to Shekou Daily.
The Shekou Daily report quotes witnesses stating that the police were overheard saying the accident was caused by speeding and that everyone was fine, though the report also says that the driver's arm was bleeding.
Video from the scene shows that the car's windshield was cracked by a bollard and that the car had dual mainland-Hong Kong license plates.
It's been a rough couple weeks for that particular corner, which is also the location that a French citizen was stabbed on May 23 after breaking up a fight.
