Gained his fame in ‘The Big Band’ only very few people can their feet on the ground and move forward without any ego, but Charles had never stopped moving forwards on this road of music.
‘Charles’ Trio’ started in Beijing in 2018. With the face of the Chinese music’s new blood Charles Yang on the keyboard and two other talented young musicians: ‘Bei’ on the bass guitar and drummer Xinyi, they have been working together exploring the coolest fusion music, Nujazz, Funk and Soul. On the first day of the week long holiday starting from the First of October, Roots House will be filled with the rhythms of Funk, Blues and Soul.
