What is La Maison Weekly Lunch Set or La Carte du Jour?
In French it means menu of the day which is what the restaurant will feature on a particular day. Every week their chef will create a new menu with three courses according to his creativity & seasonal products for RMB98 only.

Research shows that the brain will get tired of the same thing. We get bored with one kind of food because it leads to the monotony of mind and lack of interest. Eating the same food leads to a form of mental fatigue. Food boredom can be alleviated by changing up what you eat each meal.

And that’s what La Maison is doing, alleviating you from the boredom of eating the same old food each week. This week, the chef has prepared a poached egg, mashed peas and carrots as a starter. For the main course, there's watercress risotto with glazed chicken. Lastly, for dessert chocolate cake!
