On Wednesday, March 27, we'll open up the library at 7pm and close at 9pm. Book Exchange volunteer Edison will lead a discussion about the psychology of reading. Topics covered will include why people read, how it affects the way we think, and why some books are smash hits while others, well, aren't.

Throughout the event, our library will be open for checkouts and returns.

About the Book Exchange
• We are Shenzhen's biggest expat library, with around 800 English books and 200 Chinese/foreign language ones.

• Run on volunteer power and hosted at a community center, we are always free and open to the public. No cover charge, no need to bring a book (although donations are always welcome).

Directions
We’re inside an apartment complex called Shuiwei Xin Jiayuan (水围新家园). Once inside, walk all the way to the back, past the fountain, and we’ll be on the right.
