A progressive ‘herbs-and-flora’ themed dining and entertainment experience that invites you to discover and awaken the five senses - sight, sound, smell, taste and touch.

Journey through a night of multi-sensorial experiences at the Hotel’s four secret garden venues. The magical evening begins with a visual display at the Art Gallery (Level 1), featuring a duo calligraphy on-canvas food-art performance by the Hotel’s Executive Chef Giovanni D’ Alessandro and resident calligraphy artist, Mr. Mo Baipeng; delivering brisk strokes of blended herbal-infused sauces while painting to the dramatic beat of the Fifth of Beethoven. The evening continues at Yue Spa as you master the art of making your own scents while Taichi masters provide a graceful backdrop of  artistry-in-motion in the Hotel’s gardens. A sit-down 4-course wine dinner is then presented by Chef Giovanni and Black-Pearl-awarded restaurant Zhuo Yue Xuan’s Executive Chinese Chef Ting Waiwan.
