Join French baker Eric Gil to learn how to make brioche on April 29!

Gil grew up in France in his uncle’s bakery, where he learned the art of French baking. After coming to Shenzhen, he opened his own French bakery in Shekou. Although the bakery was eventually closed due to family reasons, Gil's passion for making bread and pastries has continued.

At Gil's baking class students will learn how to bake different brioches. Les 5 Chef’s will also offer free Nespresso Coffee, tea, and homemade cookies for a relaxing afternoon.
