The first steakhouse specialising in Dry-Aged Beef at Shenzhen Bay.PANOS uses only USDA certified Prime beef, which accounts for less than 2% of the total market production, and Ranges Valley Angus beef, which is naturally grain-fed for more than 270 days in Australia.These prime cuts are cooked for at least 45 days in PANOS' separate, temperature and humidity-controlled cooking room and smoked in a fruit wood oven to produce a flavour that even the most discerning steak lovers will be proud of.
