Celebrated Chef Paul Eschbach at widely acclaimed Jean-Georges at Three on the Bund is going to overturn your thoughts of brunches by launching a slew of spectacular delicacies to embrace this festive season, where you get to enjoy the fabulous Pudong skyline and Huangpu River in a refined Shanghai setting.
Think Foie Gras Brûlé, Eggs Benedict with Ham and Lobster, House Made Brioche French Toast, 180g Ribeye Steak with Herbal Spinach and Black Cod with Maple Celeriac Purée... Eggs Benedict with Lobster sees Canadian lobsters poached in butter, fried galic, chives and lemon. Dressed up with black truffle hollandaise sauce, they’re then placed between house-made muffin and poached eggs, which is served along with mixed green sald and crunchy potatoes.
The dish requires an extra of RMB68 as supplement, but you also get to choose regular eggs benedict with ham or house-smoked salmon with no extra charges.
Starting from now, the weekend menu takes the central stage at Jean-Georges every weekend between 11.30am-3pm while at the same time, the restaurant’s regular four square brunch plate and luxury brunch plate are still available.
Price: RMB258 per person plus 10 percent service charge, including two dishes and tea/coffee or juice.
