It’s time to lace up those gloves, slip in that mouth guard: Shanghai Fight Night is back!

White Collar Boxing is calling on spirited boxing enthusiasts (who can take a punch) to step out of the boardroom and into the ring and throw some hooks and jabs for an evening. Training starts next Tuesday and carries on for 14 grueling weeks that promise to put you in the best shape of your life.

Shanghai Fight Night features a number of professional boxers from all over Asia who will take the ring after the amateurs (i.e. you, dear readers) have had their turn. It is not a night to be missed nor, unless you’re in the ring, a casual affair; this is a black tie event, save for the lucky few with the jerseys and gloves.

Training starts on 16 September, and is held at the Golden Gloves Boxing Gym. Eager participants should sign up at the White Collar Boxing website. It’s a hell of a workout, and a seriously good time.
