Saturday, May 10, prepare to push some leg power.
Spinback Shanghai is hosting their second annual spinathon, an event which runs for 12 hours (9am-9pm), but don't worry you don't have to spin that long. All you do is sign up for a 1 hour spin block, burn some calories and cross your fingers that you win a raffle prize (there are tons this year!) Plus, you'll be helping some great causes.
Proceeds go to three charity beneficiaries: Shanghai Sunrise, Second Chance Animal Aid and MiFan Mama, as well as, three awareness charities: Swim Safe, Heart to Heart Shanghai and Lifeline Shanghai.
It's only RMB150 per spin bike per hour, but if you want to enter to win a raffle prize, it's an extra RMB50 (there are other raffle ticket options available though). A few places you can win prizes from: WHS, Sproutliestyle, Sherpa's, Pure & Whole, Untour and more, plus you could also win a mystery 2-night weekend stay in a park view suite with breakfast for two. Not bad, not bad.
