On the occasion of the 11th anniversary of Shanghai K11 Art Mall, 36 artists from both domestic and international circles gathered for the the second OPENFILE Festival of Contenporary Visual Culture opening.
The theme of this art festival is 'A Whole New World,' relaunching a fantastic adventure filled with miracles and creativity. The first week of the exhibition opening was star-studded, with many well-known artists from home and abroad visiting the venue for close interactions with the audience. The hottest sausage man took over the streets, 3D fun graffiti, and art wall check-ins...
Throughout the exhibition period of more than a month, Shanghai K11 will also invite the audience to participate in a 360° immersive art carnival through a series of colorful art activities, cross-boundary collaborations, interactive experiences, and a variety of novel trendy play methods, exploring unlimited creative inspirations.
Through this new century visual feast that integrates diverse international art and culture, 'Cultural Pioneer' K11 aims to continue building and leading an internationally friendly art landmark, and also to present to the public the unique 'Brave New World' that belongs to K11.

The 'A Whole New World' invites the audience to explore these complex realms together and experience unprecedented 'whimsical ideas.'
As art meets technology and tradition collides with the future, an artistic feast that transcends cultural and social boundaries is passionately staged at Shanghai K11.
With six exhibition halls and five thematic chapters, the exhibition includes hand-drawn paintings, sculptures, cutting-edge digital works, and artificial intelligence, showcasing up to 100 groups/pieces of work and pioneering creative achievements from 36 artists worldwide.
This includes the Chinese debut of several overseas artists, with a total exhibition area of 2,000 square meters, together constructing a 'Brave New World' full of miracles and infinite possibilities.
Two globally popular animation artists, Danny Casale and Nobody Sausage, bring their popular works, German genius artist Christoph Niemann presents mind-blowing masterpieces, Italian national treasure artist Emiliano Ponzi brings a new immersive art installation, and internationally acclaimed line magician Shantell Martin expresses new inspiration with free and casual strokes.
Additionally, young Chinese artists such as Ma Ming, Melting Sadness, Huang Heshan, and Sean Tnyu bring new works to interpret.
The artists reimagine our relationship with space, time, and the digital world, presenting a new century visual feast with unique creative perspectives and artistic languages.
Moreover, the exhibition also features a brand collaboration area, art salon, and souvenir shops, as well as a series of creative and fun art workshops brought by numerous artists, providing a richer and more diverse artistic experience for visitors.

Strolling down Huaihai Road, it's hard not to pause and stay at Shanghai K11, which exudes its own artistic aura. A mysterious black box and the 'dancing sausages' by artist Nobody Sausage are warmly inviting you to approach and discover the secret within.
Renowned Australian artist Brolga's distinctively styled, dreamy graffiti also makes its first appearance in 3D on the iconic dome of Shanghai K11, instantly transporting people to a fantastical world full of imagination.
Upon entering, you'll find fun and creative art walls everywhere, with passionately dancing sausage people, the Dog Emperor in new clothes, and colorful, adorable cats... Each artistic image emits a strong sense of dopamine happiness, immersing visitors in a multi-sensory experience.
In addition to the immersive visual experience, Shanghai K11 also cleverly integrates interactive magic, with various interesting interactive checkpoints throughout the venue. Pick up the checkpoint manual, unlock new artistic codes, and even have the chance to acquire limited-edition cultural peripherals, making every step of exploration a unique journey of creative inspiration.
During the exhibition, the 'dancing sausages' will also make surprise appearances from time to time, transforming from virtual to reality, inviting visitors to join in the humorous 'Guangchang Dance.'
