The 1515 West Chophouse and Bar | New Menu

The 1515 West Chophouse and Bar, the contemporary American-style restaurant at the Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai renowned for its vintage interior design, is bringing diners’ meal appreciation to another level with its new a la carte menu crafted by Executive Sous Chef, William Mahi. 

Famed for his innovative presentation and utmost respect for tradition, Chef Mahi finds inspiration in seasonal flavors and uses his unique methods to capture the different textures of ingredients. 

Highlights include Homemade Charcuterie and Rillettes, Beef Tongue and Duck Liver Terrine, Escargots in Shell with Green Butter, Tomahawk Steak, The Sea Food Pot, Lemon Tart and more – with picturesque creations reflecting the bounty of tasty ingredients. The Hawthorn Peachy Love has the lightness of cold brewed peach tea, bolstered by homemade hawthorn syrup, while the Breezy Summer Bubble is a fizzy number with green melon and homemade pear purée. The final drink is IDEALShanghai; a punchy bevvie with a syrup made from the famed White Rabbit candy, homemade tangerine jam, milk and coffee.
