Last Call for Early Bird Tickets to the Zrou Chili Cook-Off!

After the huge success of the first ever Zrou Annual Chili Cook-off last year, the event returns for a glorious second installment. This year’s competition will showcase 12 celebrity chefs from popular venues, cooking simultaneously and creating chili recipes to woo both judges and guests alike, at everyone's favorite enormous bar and indoor sports center, Cages.

The chef lineup this year is stellar, with more details coming out leading to the event. So, stay tuned to see what your favorite chef will be stewing up!

The indoor Cages location guarantees a zero percent chance of rain – because nobody likes a watery chili – or heatstroke from sun, nor nappy rash from the relentless humidity; all of the weather elements will be fully controlled.

Going on sale today, Early Bird Tickets are just RMB80, but are limited. The price goes up to RMB100 on May 31, while tickets at the door will be RMB120. So get yours now and you are basically making money, right?

What does a ticket get you? How does unlimited free flow chili plus a Budweiser sound? Sample your way through all the chilies and vote for your favorite one.

Once the votes have been tallied, a People’s Choice award winner will be crowned with RMB3,000 being donated to charity in the winning chef’s name. First place and second place judge winners will also have donations made to the same charity in their names, in the amounts of RMB3,000 and RMB2,000 respectively.

But the prizes aren’t just being awarded to the chefs – there will also be an all-day Lucky Draw going on throughout the event, with awesome prizes like an Orange Theory Fitness VIP card, a Cages gift card, Nuki and Boomi swag, JOJO coffee beans and – get this – RMB10,000 worth of Naked Retreats resort vouchers!
