Grand Brasserie of the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund is launching an Easter themed buffet brunch, highlighting sumptuous seafood, Italian cold cuts, classic pasta and stone fire pizza, fresh grills and a special Easter dessert station to bring you a festive feast.

The seafood station features premium catches including Gillardeau oysters, king crab legs, salmon and yellowtail sashimi and more. The Italian cold cuts table selects the fine Parma ham and salami that are tender and taste just right.

For the main entrees, pan-seared foie gras, slow-cooked beef brisket, grilled Boston lobster, rib-eye steak and Australian tomahawk will be served alongside the chef’s special sauces. Easter-themed desserts will complete the festive experience.

On Easter Day, April 4, the Grand Brasserie restaurant will take on special holiday decorations to bring you an immersive holiday experience.
