Want to try an innovative and delicious plant-based chef’s menu? Well, good news, as we've teamed up with Zee-Ai and Green Friday to present a 4-course chef’s menu – including drinks – for just RMB108 next Wednesday, November 4.

Kicking things off with an artichoke and lentil soup, diners will then enjoy a tasty vegan nugget before tucking into a Thai basil mushroom dish with plant-based meat and rice. The meal is rounded off with an indulgent coconut cake, while sparkling water and sodas will satisfy thirsts.

Better still, the event is the first of five in our Calorie Challenge, with five chefs in five different restaurants preparing their very own healthy eating menus, with the people’s favorite crowned winner.

If you have never tried plant-based food before, this is the perfect opportunity to change that. Catering to Chinese and Western palates, Green Friday attracts food lovers from all different countries and backgrounds with their absolutely mind-boggling variety of options. Since opening, the restaurant has been a trailblazer in the community, inspiring even the most inveterate meat-eaters to devour more plant-based meals.

As for Zee-Ai, those of you who went to Beernanza in August may have stopped by their booth, where they dished out their top sellers: plant-based spring rolls and chicken nuggets. They also enthusiastically launched their plant-based burgers for the first time ever, with consumers tucking in without even realizing that it wasn’t animal meat-based.
