Aug 16: Riva Starr at Bar Rouge

Capable of turning it out on any dancefloor Riva Starr has been invited onto the biggest stages, from Glastonbury to Fuji Rock. He has also opened for Jamiroquai in Ibiza and has worked with artists as diverse as Horace Andy, Jocelyn Brown, Green Velvet and Arthur Baker.

Aug 16: Kingdom of Rain

Taiwan-based act Kingdom of Rain return to China for a national tour this month, with a brand new record Xuhuan (which translates to illusory or unreal) in tow. Shanghai is one of the last stops on the tour, so make sure you catch their combination of alternative rock and psychedelia while you can!

Ceezy, the paranormal activity director of Shanghai Zoo, ELF from the Unsolved Mysteries Task Force, the fascinating young Detective Jianz and the mysterious colonel Heatwolves will gather to bring you wraith hop, phantasmagoric funk, leisure goth, shadow house and ghost punk to explore unresolved memory mysteries on the dancefloor.
