Jul 16: Harmony Korine: Mr.Lonely

Inferno are screening a Harmony Korine film this week. The storyline of Mr Lonely features excellent plot points like, a Michael Jackson impersonator meeting a Marilyn Monroe impersonator, both of whom then move to a castle in Scotland.

Radii are bringing together two of Shanghai's most recognizable electronic musicians for a free event this week. Yep, free! Catch the distinct sounds of Gouachi and Faded Ghost at All Club this Tuesday.

Lovers of Shakespearean works rejoice, another tragedy from the great playwright is coming to Shanghai this week. Revolving from the newly-married Muslim general Othello, the play is about jealousy, betrayal, love and revenge.

Jul 19: LOFAS Pop-Up Pool Party

Come see world-renowned Taiwanese popstar and actress, Cyndi Wang, for one night only in Shanghai, on the back of her latest studio album release. The stylistic and visual quality of this tour is set to blow fans of the much-loved singer away.

Jul 20: Love Bang: Garbagecrunk Freakathon

Love Bang dips back into the new Elevator for a night of club tracks, hip hop, footwork, industrial and raw sounds to make you thrash in the dark. Headlining the night is one of China's most exciting young producers, GG Lobster from Hangzhou. He'll be joined by Vorbi, Elf and Heatwolves on the evening. Grab your best socks and make sure you don't miss out on this one. Anyone who brings their dad can get in for free, but you have to prove it.

Jul 20: Premier League Asia Trophy 2019

Great news for English Premier League fans in China, as Manchester City, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Newcastle United and West Ham United will contest the 2019 Premier League Asia Trophy in Nanjing and Shanghai. The third-place play-off and final will take place at Hongkou Football Stadium.

Jul 21: Shanghai Love/Stone Brewing Collaboration Beer Launch Party
