Marriott Bonvoy celebrated its new travel program by launching the Marriott Bonvoy Bus in Shanghai. The month-long party bus commenced its journey on February 14, making stops every night outside of one of 13 Marriott International hotels in Shanghai. In each location, hotel guests celebrated Marriott’s new loyalty program aboard the bus. The campaign aims to reward travelers and residents at the end of their workday with enjoyable and memorable events. The party bus connected signature restaurants and bars in the city’s Marriott hotels, taking guests on a gourmet journey with Marriott.

The St. Regis Shanghai Jing’an hosted the Marriott Bonvoy Bus on February 28 with a funky disco night accompanied by a live saxophone performance and an assortment of signature snacks and desserts. On the evening of March 2, the party bus traveled to Le Méridien Shanghai, Minhang with an alluring ‘AVEC AMOUR’ party. Guests and passersby enjoyed an evening of sparkling wine, music and interactive sessions, all taking place on the bus.

Samples of Le Méridien’s signature fragrance, LM002, were also given out to attendees, adding a touch of romance to the early spring evening. The following night, Renaissance Shanghai Caohejing Hotel embraced the arrival of the Marriott Bonvoy Party Bus, with Taiwanese Executive Chef Daniel Chen making an appearance on the bus, presenting guests with several handmade Taiwanese specialties paired with two cocktails named after hit songs of Singapore singer-songwriter Tanya Chua, new brand ambassador for Renaissance Hotels.

Marriott Bonvoy is a travel program designed to bring to life the extraordinary portfolio of global brands in 130 countries and territories, while also providing endless inspiration for members to keep traveling and pursuing their passions. On February 13, Marriott Rewards Moments and SPG Moments became Marriott Bonvoy Moments, which together with Marriott Moments features approximately 120,000 experiences in 1,000 destinations available for purchase or by redeeming points.

To celebrate the new travel program, the Greater China Region also launched a limited-time offer valid from now until June 30. Whether guests are staying at Marriott hotels or stopping by for a bite, they can savor 30% off at over 1,000 participating restaurants and bars in Greater China. Guests must spend a minimum of USD10, non-guests can also earn up to 10 points per USD1 spent at participating Marriott Bonvoy properties in Asia Pacific.
