Kick off the evening with a toast to Madame Geneva as you enjoy a gin cocktail or two supplied by craft distillers Crimson Pangolin. Then head to your table for a six-course gourmet dinner with beer pairings ranging from tropical lagers to piney high-ABV IPAs.
