WIN! Tickets to Brew for Love Beer Festival This Weekend

If you're in town over the Dragon Boat weekend and you like beer, then we highly encourage you to hit up the Brew for Love Beer Festival at HKRI Taikoo Hui, followed by an afterparty at Cages. And we have ten pairs of entrance tickets to give away to some lucky That's Shanghai readers!

Featuring local craft breweries, the festival is raising money for a worthy charity, Heart to Heart. The charity supports surgeries for Chinese children born with congenital heart defects from families that would otherwise be unable to afford the treatment. It's a very worthy cause, so if you win you'll be able to pay it forward by buying lots of beer and swag, with proceeds going to the charity. Heart to Heart will also have their own dedicated booth at the event, so make sure to stop by.

The organizers also want to encourage heart health for all, with Prime Fitness sponsoring free healthy fitness sessions and boxing gym Golden Gloves hosting a 'Punch for Love' punching machine.

The festival also marks the launch of Shanghai Love's Pineapple Pale Ale, which will be featured during the Homeslice pineapple pizza-fueled eating and drinking contest. You also won't want to miss Crimson Pangolin (local craft gin), Pusher's locally brewed craft coffee and tea, plus afternoon sets by DJ Naomi.

Food is necessary for a good festival, so the hoppy craft beer goodness from Shanghai Love, Boxing Cat Brewery, Witchcraft, Jing-A, Dr. Beer, Lazy Taps, Zapfler, Slow Boat and Shangri-La will be joined by food from Xibo, Homeslice, FUNKA de Sur, Grill & Chill, The Plump Oyster and more.
