Next weekend, THE CUT Rooftop is offering their signature #MyBrunch, which gives guests the freedom to choose from two to four brunch dishes in any combination (starting from RMB148). Who could say no to slow-cooked eggs with foie gras, beef Scotch eggs or corn-fed roast chicken? Free-flow drinks are also a feature, priced from just RMB158 for two hours of free-flow cocktails, wine and beer. Add RMB40 for sparkling Chandon wine.
In honor of Father’s Day, the restaurant will also be offering all fathers a special (and complimentary!) free-flow cocktail called the Young Fashioned. The Young Fashioned is a twist on the classic and is mixed with lapsang souchong-infused whisky, brown sugar and bitters. But if you don’t feel like imbibing, it’s also available as a mocktail. Either way, it's the perfect addition to this incredible brunch.
