April 20-21: Taco Chino
It's time for another installment of Austin Hu's popular fusion tacos night at D2F, otherwise known as the space abover Diner. Head over to the fiesta and sample creations such as the new, Old Godmother Quesadilla filled with scrambled eggs and laoganma radish. We also have our eye on the black sesame flan.

April 21: Hi Spirits
Bottles XO is taking over WE rooftop on Yanping Lu for a full-day cocktail extravaganza to announce the launch of new cocktail kits on their APP. Mixologists and booze experts will be mixing signature cocktails featuring craft spririts. Entrance is free and cocktails start at RMB50 or RMB120 for a BottlesXO Cocktail Passport experience inclusive of five tester-size selected cocktails. Beer, wine and coffee RMB30.

April 21: Rioja Fantastico
Rioja Fantastico, a celebration of Spanish food and wine, is back at La Maison this Saturday. Enjoy Riojia wine and tapas without leaving Shanghai, as Rioja China Agency will have 40 kinds of wine from seven wineries paired with food by Shanghai chefs, Ling Huang (Pirata), Eduardo Vargas (Azul), Edgard Herdez (Colca), Juan Campos (Raw), Pol Garcia (Pop Secret), Vic Vieira (WHDP), Koen Vessies (El Willy) and Ferran Edu Andreu (Tomatito).

April 21: Grill and Chill 2 Opening Party
This weekend, Grill & Chill is unveiling their second location, handily inside the Eager Beaver. They will have a DJ and buy one get one free beer or margaritas which should pair mightly nicely with those kebabs.

April 24: Haru Sake Pairing & Omakase
Sake lovers will not want to miss this omakase curated by 'sake samurai,' Elliot Farber and UMI's Chef Bjoern Alexander. The sake tasting is from 5.30pm-7.30pm and includes snacks (RMB488 per person) while the sake pairing omakase starts at 8pm (RMB1088 per person). Make reservations as space will be limited.

April 24: Foogly
Foogly is an event that aims to fight against food waste and support social justice though the medium of fine Spanish cuisine. Chefs Pol Garcia (Pop Secret), Alex Molina (Galleria) and Ferran Edo (Tomatito) will partcipate in a cooking event where high quality yet 'ugly' foods will be used to create delicious plates. The leftover food will then be taken to a homeless shelter and made into a paella. Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy Spanish cuisine while helping those in need.

April 27-May 1: Flair Guest Bartender
As part of their 'World's Top Bartender' series, Flair is hosting five time Freestyle Mixology World Champion, Marek Posluszny. If you like your coctails served with a side of showmanship, head over to The Ritz-Carlton Pudong.

April 29-30: FEAST Food Festival
FEAST returns to Shanghai this April with a delightful assortment of food and beverages from some of Shanghai's best. This year the festival has moved to the rooftop of HKRI Taikoo Hui and the theme is the 'Future of Food' which will highlight the city's most progressive talents.
