The summer heat is in full swing, and what better way to cool down than with chilled beers and fresh ceviche?
From July 12-13, District and Beijing's The Hatchery are teaming up for a Cevicheria Pop Up Kitchen at District. They will start serving food from 7pm and continue serving until everything is sold out.
Deal is as such: one ceviche plus chips and dip for RMB85; add on RMB35 and they'll throw in a pint too.
There'll be two different ceviche up for grabs, the first being the 'Ceviche Classico,' made with sea bass marinated in classic tiger's milk with red onion, capsicum, coriander, glazed sweet potato and corn. The second option, the 'Chifa' tartar, is made with finely diced salmon marinated in ginger, green onion, soy and sesame oil on a bed of spicy avocado and mango salsa.
If you're not a seafood person but still want to join in on the festivities, they will be selling their corn chips and tangy salsa verde as a snack option for RMB30.
