Shanghai's favorite black tie boxing bloodbath returns for another round in the rainforest, courtesy of White Collar Boxing International. Brawl on the Bund: Rumble in the Jungle 2017 will rock Hyatt on the Bund on June 9 for a one-time only event that's the first of its kind in the world.

More than 500 people will watch Shanghai's finest duke it out for victory. 'White Collar' boxers have been plucked from offices across the city and put in intensive training for three months, and will be ready to show off their newly mastered hooks, jabs and – importantly – ability to take a punch.

In the next few weeks leading up to fight night, we will be posting a preview of each match-up. From the second bout, Filippa 'The Fearless Swede' Baetjer and Rita 'The Fury' Qi took the time to answer some questions.

Filippa 'The Fearless Swede' Baetjer

Nationality: Swedish

Age: 24

Weight: 57 kg

Favorite quote: Opportunities don't happen, you create them.

What made you decide to fight? The fact that I had never done anything similar before. I love to take on new challenges and do things I'm uncomfortable with (and of course the thought of winning Brawl on the Bund would be quite a good memory).

What made you decide to fight? The fact that I had never done anything similar before. Love to take on new challenges and do things I'm uncomfortable with (and of course the thought of winning Brawl on the Bund would be a quite good memory).

If you could fight anyone living, dead, fictional or real, who would it be? My coach Baj.

What does it mean for you to be a fighter? For me it shows that commitment and hard work pays off. Also, I hope it inspires more girls to try boxing, it's so much more than just getting a punch in the face once in a while!

What sets you apart from the other boxers in Brawl on the Bund? Well, doesn't my fight name say it all? Haha. "The Fearless Swede".

What holes do you see in your opponent's game? That is what we're going to see on 9th of June so you better be there!

What do you want to be remembered for at the end of your fight? "The Fearless Swede!" Haha. I want to inspire other girls to take on challenges outside their comfort zone. I have not only improved my physical health but I've also improved my mental strength and I think this help you outside the boxing gym as well. Remember: we don't regret the things we've done but the things we didn't do!

Rita 'The Fury' Qi

Nationality: Chinese

Age: 29

Weight: 57 kg

Favorite quote: To love at all is to be vulnerable.

What made you decide to fight? I was going through a tough period and I lost all my confidence and didn't believe in myself anymore. So joining White Collar Boxing is a self-challenge for me to prove and feel proud about myself again.

If you could fight anyone living, dead, fictional or real, who would it be? The Black Widow.

What does it mean for you to be a fighter? To be a fighter is knowing how to be strong enough to face your own fear or failure, and conquer it with strategic mindset.

What sets you apart from the other boxers in Brawl on the Bund? My furious attack.

What holes do you see in your opponent's game? I would say inexperience.

What do you want to be remembered for at the end of your fight? I am boxing instead of fighting.
