Know some kick-ass women in Shanghai? Well, now’s the time to make sure everyone else knows them too.

Every year, the International Professional Women’s Society holds their Women Leadership Awards, in which women are honored for their leadership and success across all different industries. The nominations are now open for 2017, so go ahead and give a shout-out to that colleague or boss who you think deserves it. There is even an award for one lucky male – the HeforShe Man of the Year.

IPWS is a community organization dedicated to fostering personal and professional growth of women through different platforms. The Women Leadership Award (WLA) is the longest running international award in China for women leaders, and was the only such award for over a decade. This year, the winners will be announced at their second annual Leadership Summit which will be held on June 2. Nominations will be open until April 21.
