Sep 25: Bourgeous
The LA-based producer and DJ has been a fixture on the Billboard, Beatport and iTunes Dance Chart. He’s remixed Afrojack and Ariana Grande, while releasing a number of bangers this year including ‘Zero Gravity,’ with electro-pop artists Lights and the Wacka Flocka Flame and Wiz Khalifa assisted ‘Toast.’

Sep 25: W&W
The
Dutch trance and electro house duo were the first EDM act to perform
at a Major League Baseball Stadium (Philadelphia’s Citizen’s Bank Ball
Park) and continue to release tracks by stars like Armin van Buuren,
Dash Berlin and Markus Schulz through their Mainstage Music label. They
continue to ride high from last year’s hit ‘Don’t Stop the Madness,’
featuring Hardwell and Fatman Scoop.

Sep 25-27: Shalanaya Festival
Over
40 DJs will converge just outside of Zhujiajiao for the third annual
electronic music festival. There will be three stages, dedicated to
psytrance, psyambient and tech/house. On-site camping is available and
there will be all the funky festival trappings from indie marketplaces
to fire performances. Shuttle buses from downtown Shanghai will be
available.

Sep 26: SHFT Rooftop Sessions, Vol. 2 and Aazar
Party crew SHFT takes over Salmos Lounge again for the second edition of their rooftop sessions. Enjoy sets from six of the city’s most beloved DJs and an enchanting ambience that includes a mini soak pool, a menu stocked with Thai favorites and a number of ABSOLUT drink deals. Go for the deluxe package and get free entry to their Aazar show that night at Arkham.
SHFT presents the trap sensation who burst onto the scene with his Uz collaboration, ‘Shake.’ He’s a member of French super group Point Point and has already received blessings from current stars like DJ Snake.

Sep 26: Hotpot with DJ Wordy
The popular Beijing party has been going for seven years. DJ Wordy and crew have now found a permanent home in Shanghai, taking over Le Baron once a month. This installment features SSMania and Ssoso.

Sep 26: Quality Control
For
their first party in the refurbished Shelter, Quality Control has
booked two headliners. Deadly Dragon Sound System are a pillar in the
reggae community, boasting a collection of more than 150,000 pieces of
vinyl and acetate. Shortcut is a founding member of the iconic DJ crews
Invisibl Skratch Piklz, Beat Junkie Sound and Tiriple Threat DJs.
They’re supported by V-Nutz and the Soul Crates crew.

Sep 30: Do Hits Takeover
With two compilation releases over the summer, Beijing’s Do Hits continue to ride high. They take over the Shelter and present the live debut of member Jason Hou, with supporting DJ sets from Howie Lee, Guzz and Billy Starman. Veeky presents the visuals.
