These always anticipated events see hundreds of gourmands visit the hotel’s stunning VUE Bar to enjoy a day of endless oysters flown in live for the occasion, freshly shucked, and accompanied by free-flow  Our Craft Chardonnay as well as the live cooking stations offering risotto, sausage BBQ, Feta cheese salad, chocolate brownie and lemon meringue cheese cake tartlet. An elegant, comfortable and stylish bar located on the top two levels of Hyatt on the Bund, commanding the best views of both sides of the Huangpu River - the Bund on the Puxi side and the colourful skyline of the Lujiazui area on the Pudong side.
