This May, BOOMI x EGG challenged Chef’s and Restaurant again to create a 5-courses menu using local, seasonal and imperfect vegetables. Home Chef Chhaya accepted this challenge. She is innovative & creative Indian chef gained huge practical experience by experimenting & developing her various food dishes; specially fusion recipes. She will cook authentic Indian fusion dishes.
For all veggies out there, this is menu is vegetarian-friendly and partly even vegan!
