At Community Center Shanghai (CCS), we believe that checking in with ourselves and seeking support when needed, is crucial to leading a healthy life. Through sharing our experience and what might be currently troubling us or causing us tension in our lives, is as natural and important as eating our leafy greens and getting regular exercise!

By coming along to our 2021 Counseling Open Day, you will be able to learn what services CCS Counselors provide to our community, have time to chat directly with members of our counseling team about what a counseling session might involve and to learn more about our CCS Support Groups and Counseling Workshops coming in 2021!
