Rachel Gouk, who runs the Nomfluence food blog, is firing up the barbecue on Saturday at Mikkeller. Malaysian food is on the menu—rendang brisket, ayam percik (chicken thighs marinated in coconut cream and spices) and pork belly burnt ends finished off in Mikkeller's new smoker. Also served will be asam pedas, a tangy tamarind seafood stew. Food is a la carte, 35rmb to 55rmb. 1pm until sold out.
