On July 29th at 7pm, we will be focusing on Chinese craft beer history and the changing current craft beer scene. Focusing on new-age Chinese beers, we will sample and compare brews, considering factors like malt presence, alcohol content, flavor profile, IBU level, temperature, glassware, and food pairing.
