Mia Fringe is bringing the luxury starting with a flute of Laurent-Perrier Brut Champagne followed by scampi, scallop with fresh microgreens and passion fruit sauce. Next up, black truffle poached egg with wild mushroom and mashed cauliflower. Choose from risotto with lobster bisque sauce or penne with porcini mushroom sausage and (more) black truffle before the final event – Beef Wellington. Cap of the festivities with a lovely dessert platter.
