Although coconut culture has been entering China for the past 5 years, we realize that the majority of people are still unaware of the versatile usage and health benefits of the gift from mother nature - the 'tree of life'. 

Thus, we would like to raise this awareness by bringing in together the Shanghai F&B communities towards healthy living. Wellness should not only be for people who do yoga or go to gyms. It should be for everybody who live in such a big city, with an urban fast pace lifestyle. 

With this event, chefs and mixologists will have an opportunity to explore themselves with creativity and coconut overload. Our selected guests will be influencing the battle, while honored judges are doing their prestige job.
