Using fascia and Hatha yoga methods, we will explore two fascia meridians, one spiral for deeper twisting and the other for looking at the body as a whole to release the hips and buttocks. Open the deepest fascia line and everything else will open. Be ready to learn and feel. We will end the conversion with breathing exercises. This course will give you more flexibility, balance, and more detox ability.
