This summer, the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund is helping guests beat the heat with a freezing cold collection of refreshing ice creams at Peacock Alley and the Grand Brasserie.
From May 13 through August 31, guests visiting Peacock Alley and Grand Brasserie can kiss the heat goodbye with a new delicious assortment of refreshing ice creams, such as the Summer Citrus. Comprised of three different sorbets and a mango pudding, the Summer Citrus allows guests to enjoy a rich, flavor-filled mango pudding before freshening up their palettes with a light assortment of fruity sorbets.
Similarly, the Black Forest dessert combines rich French Valrhona chocolate, seasonal fruits including raspberries and cherries, and mint leaves to create an edible arrangement that resembles an ice cream-rich forest.
