With a Dutch nationality, Chinese citizenship and an Australian education, Steven is the third generation in his family to work in the alcohol industry. At the ripe age of 26, Steven has been a part of six different venue openings across Hong Kong and Australia. For cocktail aficionados, Steven loves creating his own ingredients from scratch.
