Peter Lin began his bartending career at Ounce Taipei, the first bar to introduce Taiwan to New York style speakeasy culture, and was ranked in Asia’s 50 Best Bars. In 2017, Peter became Diageo’s World Class competition regional champion (Taiwan). During the competition, he was not only awarded “Bartender of the Year”, he also won the titles for “Classic Cocktails” Champion, and “Food Pairing” Champion. Peter is now the brand ambassador for one of the best rums in the world: Ron Flor de Caña from Nicaragua (2017 IWSC Rum Producer of the year).
