For three evenings only guests can appreciate classic cocktails with an unexpected twist by mixologist Justin Chiu of Hong Kong's cocktail bar Employees Only. Some of the cocktail selections from the menu will include the signature EO Gimlet- gin complemented with a housemade lime cordial served with a lime wheel and kaffir lime leaves. Another must-try cocktail is the Manhattan– Rittenhouse Rye stirred with Italian Vermouth, Grand Marnier and hints of Angostura Bitters. Other signature cocktails to expect include Lion’s Tail, Fraise Sauvage and more.
Drinks start from RMB95, subject to 10% service charge and prevailing value-added at 6.6%.
Justin Chiu was born in Hong Kong and raised in the United Kingdom. In 2017, he took the bold move of quitting his finance job to assist with the opening of Employees Only Hong Kong in 2017.
