A 50/50 combination of cardio & strength blended together to maximize calories burned and muscle toning. This heart pounding, muscle-burning workout is a MTHD original and athlete favorite.

Workout Type: Total Body+Cardio

Weight Recommendation: Beginner 2kg-6kg, Advanced 8kg-12kg

Rep Range: 10-15

How to prepare for class? Drink 16oz water, have a small meal 2-3 hours before class and do a light stretch before workout.

This class is for anybody who wants to burn fat quickly and shape their body.
