Argentinian steakhouse and Peruvian restaurant el Bodegon is firing up the grill for a limited-time special, featuring a 1.5kg hunk of Uruguayan Wagyu short ribs as the main event. The short ribs come with salad, fries, and mashed potatoes. There are also starters of provolone cheese, pickled eggplants, and giant olives.
