Argentinian steakhouse and Peruvian restaurant el Bodegon is firing up the grill for a limited-time special, featuring a 1.5kg hunk of Uruguayan Wagyu short ribs as the main event. The short ribs come with salad, fries, and mashed potatoes. There are also starters of provolone cheese, pickled eggplants, and giant olives. The deal costs RMB1,500 for four people, including a bottle of Garzon Tannat wine. Reservations are absolutely necessary, as it takes time to cook up the ribs. Call to book.
