On Feb 20 at 7pm in the Stone Brewing Tap Room, we will be focusing on Chinese craft beer history. With the help of Lin Lin, our friend from the Shanghai Craft Brewers Association, we’ll cover the history of beer in China and the changing current craft beer scene. Focusing on Chinese beers, we will sample and compare brews, considering factors like malt presence, alcohol content, flavor profile, IBU level, temperature, glassware and food pairing.
